When a photographer edits their photos, it doesn’t mean the photo was not a good image, and they are trying to “save” it. Editing is part of the art of photography, and is meant to enhance the features of the photos (much like how a makeup artist enhances the features of the face with their makeup application). Our photography is more than pressing a button on a camera since every image we deliver is also meticulously edited. Our images are color corrected, certain parts are lightened/darkened, blemishes are removed, and sometimes we crop them. There is no substitute for careful, methodical editing.
